This wonderful pair of lamps are genuine French antiques which date to the EARLY 1800's . Each is an exquisite example made from alter candlesticks. The feet are classically decorated with French Empire lion paws and applied black enameled stars. The shades were custom made by the famous Millie Hampshire studios. Each measures 33 5/8" to the candleholder bases and 50" to the very top of the prickets; each triangular base side measures 10 1/2" from lion paw to lion paw.
